Homemade Cinnamon Honey Butter - Oh My Food Recipes

Years ago I watched a travel show it was teaching how to make butter out of fresh raw milk from a cow. Butter is fat. It requires high fat content. It cannot use soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, low fat or skim milk. To make simple homemade butter we use heavy whipping cream and a Mason jar. My kids love to help me make butter now because they like to shake the bottle. Using a Mason jar to shake or make butter is quite a work out. We shake it for two minutes. Then, let it rest for a couple minute and shake again for two more minutes until you see a chunk of butter is formed.
