Pants have over-sized baggy fit, sizing down is highly recommended and suggested for most (unless you are at the end of the size chart range. In that case, you should order your normal size)

Please note: the ONLY difference between Regular and Long is the LENGTH. The pants will fit exactly the same in the waist.
